W&W Wholesale

Founded in 2017 by Mr. Zhong Chen and Mr. Rongqiang Sun. It is a company that integrates both food wholesale and retail, with a total area of over 3,000 square meters.

Based in Manchester, UK, the company operates through physical stores as well as online platforms, utilizing intelligent B2B and B2C models. Our main customer base includes retailers, Chinese restaurants, Chinese takeaways, and the Chinese community in the UK.

Holds a unique competitive edge in the market, supported by an SAP-powered ERP system and strong teams in sales, procurement, logistics, technology, and management. With an in-depth understanding of the UK market, we implement an international diversification strategy to attract a wide range of customers.

Currently, we collaborate with over 100 international suppliers, and sales of our own brand continue to grow steadily.

Our Services

Our warehousing and logistics headquarters is located in Manchester, featuring a modern storage facility covering 3,000 square meters. We have shared warehouse space with a capacity ranging from 3,000 to 10,000 pallet positions.

Product Categories

Our product range includes fresh vegetables, fresh meat, frozen meat, seafood, rice, noodles, grains, cooking oil, and a variety of dried goods and ready-to-eat meals, with a strong focus on Asian foods.

Ours Customer Base

Our customers include suppliers, retailers, Chinese restaurants, Chinese takeaways, the UK Chinese community, and international students, catering to a diverse demographic in the UK.

Supplier Relationships

Our supplier network spans China, Vietnam, Hong Kong, and several European countries. While most factories do not offer credit terms, we secure a credit period of 1 to 3 months through the support of agents and distributors.

Delivery Policy

A 30% deposit is required upon order confirmation, with the remaining 70% payable upon arrival at the port. We offer flexible credit terms tailored to different customer types and markets—B2B customers receive credit terms ranging from one week to three months, while B2C customers currently have no credit period.

Business Strategy

Our strategy is to build a comprehensive online platform tailored for international students, covering retail, dining, second-hand trading, and moving services. By expanding our retail network and online B2C channels, we aim to further penetrate the UK market. Additionally, we plan to implement a zero-inventory strategy to achieve full coverage of the UK’s B2B market.
